Technology and Social Networks are evolving and many of the internet users, like your customers, prospects and visitors, are aware of the social networks like facebook and are learning how to create profiles, how to share and upload videos, and how to connecting to other users based on mutual interests. Once they all know how to do this right, it's much more easier for you to build your own personal social network of business contacts, groups of users and visitors arround your specific niche that your lens focus.

The year of 2008, it's the year of the personal social networks, and you need to use that for your own profit and traffic. This guide will teach you 10 simple steps, that you can use to create your own network of contacts, that will bring traffic to every lens that you have (and the ones you'll build in the future).

Step 1 - Read Blogs 

Increase Web Traffic

Read a couple of blogs, at least 10 blogs, all about social networking. You can use a RSS Reader or sign-up for a bloglines account (preferable).
You can also add blogs about your niche to this list.
Return every day (if possible) to your bloglines account and read the blogs you subscribed.

Step 2 - Comment on Blogs

On the blogs you subscribed on step 1, you should now begin to post relevant comment. This is the first simple way of personal social networking.
It's also an excelent way to get some visitors for your lens.

Step 3 - Join Facebook
